Dubai, UAE: Falconcity of Wonders, Dubai's premier real estate ongoing mega project that will feature the Wonders of the World - recently received 185 Indian delegates from CREDAI Maharashtra.
The flagship body of the Association of real estate developers and builders across the state of Maharashtra, CREDAI Maharashtra encompasses over 75% of the organized Real Estate Sector in the State of Maharashtra excluding Mumbai. Headquartered in New Delhi, it has membership strength of over 2200 Developers with 32 city association spread across the state. H.E Salem Almoosa, Chairman and CEO of Falconcity of Wonders , warmly received the Indian delegates, and thereon initiated a visit to the Falconcity of Wonders project site to witness its milestones and progress achieved to date.
The tour took place with the first and second batch received by H.E. Salem Almoosa, the third batch received by Alharith Almoosa, Deputy CEO of Falconcity of Wonders . Briefing was also given to the dignitaries of Falconcity by Dr D K Abhyankar, Director General, and Mr Girish Raibage, Chairman of Study Tour Committee highlighting objectives of the Study Tour to identify the technology and opportunities for the purpose of bilateral trade and investment between the two countries, and also the structure of CREDAI Maharashtra and its role played as a federation in the state of Maharashtra.
Regarding the event, H.E. Salem Almoosa said "We are pleased to have hosted the delegates during their visit. This was a marvelous opportunity for them to learn about the Falconcity of Wonders project, and particularly about one of its most anticipated elements - The Taj Arabia - inspired by the Taj Mahal in India. We look forward to having them visit again and be a part of our ambitious project."
Prof. Dr. D. K. Abhyankar, Director General of CREDAI Maharashtra said "The Falconcity of Wonders project is a testament to the advances made in the field of architecture, and will most definitely inspire a whole new level of creativity and innovation standards. We look forward to possible future visits, and to stay abreast of its ongoing development."
He also expressed praise for the excellence in infrastructure planning, especially with regard to the Sewage Treatment Plant and Power Station on-site.
Alharith Almoosa presented a memento of appreciation to Prof. Dr. D. K. Abhyankar as a symbol of collaboration and mutual vision, commemorating the visit.
The visit to the Falconcity project was considered a grand success, with the delegates enjoying the opportunity to visit and witness the monumental project on site, and a chance to discuss mutual opportunities with the Falconcity of Wonders steering committee.
